see all reviewsPhoebe is such a great instructor!! She demonstrates the moves multiple times before starting the round in order for you to really get it. She’s got a great tempo with little to no breaks which is awesome if you want to sweat, keep your heart rate up, and burn more calories. You can always stop whenever needed for a quick sip or a breath.

see all reviewsI’m a big fan of the 1-2 punch of Full Body Blast on Saturday and The Burn on Sunday. Both classes really complement each other. Saturday’s class is more weight lifting and muscle building focused and Sunday is all about cardio. It’s nice to be able to work out two days in a row and have two classes that focus on different muscle groups so you don’t feel too sore. Highly recommend both classes to anyone out there looking for a mini-weekend boot camp vibe.
