Saturday’s class is more weight lifting and muscle building focused and Sunday is all about cardio. It’s nice to be able to work out two days in a row and have two classes that focus on different muscle groups so you don’t feel too sore. Highly recommend both classes to anyone out there looking for a mini-weekend boot camp vibe.

They rly want to pack as many ppl in classes as possible without a cap and they will hire WHOEVER gets past the training. It’s hard to come by a great sculpt teaching and he is IT. Thank you for being on beat with your counting, choosing music that we want to sculpt to and curating your own workout all while staying true to the “yoga” part of everything. He goes above and beyond with his mantras and sayings, which encourages and hypes the class up! That’s how you teach a class. Had been very tired of coming and trying out classes that led to disappointment from instructors who clearly did not care or just didn’t have the personality to teach.
