see all reviewsIt was really hard to follow along the pose changes happened so fast, with between one and two seconds between positions. Maybe an experienced class could transition between positions and still focus on form that fast, but for level 1.5?

see all reviewsThis class is just what I needed. The teacher was so sweet and made sure that everyone was comfortable doing the stretches at their own pace and I didn’t feel rushed. Such a good class to take for stretching and getting mentally ready for the next day.
