Rachelle is a great instructor who gives individual feedback throughout class. The combos are fast-paced and challenging but never boring, and class is well-structured with shadow boxing warm-ups, partner and bag work, and then often a mini HIIT series to finish up.

    Boxing 45

On my first visit, I arrived later than the recommended 20-30 minutes before class. Despite this, the front desk staff was accommodating and helped me purchase the necessary wrap, even without a physical card. Gerald Jackson welcomed me warmly, and the workout was both intense and technically excellent. I realized my own lack of coordination but found the 45-minute session to be the best workout I've experienced. Time flew by as I focused on mastering the instructor's movements. I am definitely returning.

    Boxing Bootcamp

The instructor was very knowledgeable and able to break down the boxing instructions in layman's terms so that it wasn't hard to be a beginner and understand the moves. I've been to a handful of different boxing classes through class pass and this was definitely the top quality for beginners. when the class ended our instructor asked us each what we would be making for dinner and I appreciated that in addition to our workout we had a bit of nutritional guidance. Super valuable. This class wasn't intimidating, I definitely got a great workout and learned a lot. thank you so much! I will definitely be back.

It was my first time at this studio since I was passing through the area, and I had such a great time! I’m so excited for this new space and if I lived in the area I would come frequently! The class with Daniel was individualized and though I’ve taken kickboxing classes before, this one focused heavily on form and corrections which was very helpful for me. The studio is spacious and has a new hydration station, with state of the art workout devices and even an upcoming sauna. I’m very grateful to have found this spot!!

For being a cool vintage theater I would have thought they would have a cool vintage movie playing on the big screen. Instead they had a weird cheesy animated children’s movie playing. Otherwise, it is kind of fun to work out inside an old art deco theater.

    2 hour customized facial

I thoroughly enjoyed my two hour facial. I met lovelyn at the facility and the facial occurred on time. In a shared wellness space, her suite lighting and music was soothing and comforting the entire time. The two hour facial consisted of a double cleanse, extractions, hydrating mask, neck massage and more. Lovelyn checked on my allergies, sensitivities, and comfort often and the bed was heated. Lovelyn asked about my skin care regimen, helped me develop a better plan, and did not try to sell me anything. I inquired about future treatments and she said she would summarize our session and send pricing in an email which seems super kind. Though there must be a connection issue with class pass because I haven’t received her intake form or summary email. Lovelyn also practices a natural, holistic approach with an emphasis on Chinese medicine. #classpassinsider
