Her and Felix did a great job providing me information on what was to be expected for my first class and I couldn’t be more blown away. It’s hard finding a cardio class only and I’m glad I found this class. I will definitely be coming back and looking forward to see my progression!

The instructor was really good and the directions were clear and easy to follow. Also, the music and music level was good! I like loud music.

Kristin makes these classes really fun, and I think she’s probably one of the best instructors as well for beginners because she’s super motivating, explains all the exercises, and also constructs the classes in a way that they are very accessible, with relatively longer breaks.

see all reviewsI go to a Barry’s class once every few months because I’m not a runner at all. This is the first time the running part felt accessible to me because of how many options she gave. There was no pushing yourself to go beyond your limits, and she even said something about how everyone’s body is different. I might actually start going regularly to her class. I definitely also recommend if you’re new to Barry’s or exercise in general because there are so many options! Can’t believe it took me this long to take her Alycia’s class!

The weights are HEAVY but trainer pushes you and everybody else does too. Not only is the trainer ripped but everyone that has been consistent is ripped too.
