    Fantastic workout at Flight!!! I really appreciated the floor sequence today. I don’t remember any compound movements in today’s sequence so it felt safer to load up on heavier weights. Must have been leg day! The bulgarian split squats burned - in a good way! The pace was great!!! The workout was hard but the time flew. Front desk was so friendly and the vibe in class felt really inclusive.

    A good-intensity muscle workout with Yoga practice at the beginning and at the end, which felt like such a great combination.     The instructor was very nice! The space was also so beautiful I loved the light hardwood and the airiness of it. Gorgeous and so modern. The Pilates portion wasn’t really a workout, more so just stretching to prepare for the run. I loved the run route, it really took advantage of the studios prime location along the Stone Arch Bridge. It was lovely outside and I had a great time during the run portion. That said, the description says you can walk or go at your own pace….that is semi true. The group does NOT slow down for you but you can go at your own pace but it’ll definitely go over the class time limit considering it’s a 2 mile route that’s supposed to fit in 30 mins. So just be prepared for that - I ended up taking a short cut and walking and ended up finally getting to the studio 10 minutes after the class was officially over and missed all the post run stretching. Not the instructors fault though, that’s on me for not being fit and able to run! Overall it was a great slow start to my Sunday!

    I have watched Erin grow from a baby yoga teacher from about 13 years ago into such a thoughtful, dedicated instructor who clearly values her craft and strives to constantly further her own journey. Her cues are spot on and the progression sets students up for successful inversions. Clearly, I’m satisfied with all of this, but my most sincere gratitude comes from a place of rehabilitation after a shoulder injury. I felt as though her progression prepared muscle groups which aren’t always easily accessible and activated in a way that prevents injury. I’m so thankful and honored to have her as a teacher.     There is no 9:00 Saturday class anymore. For some reason, the gym has not been able to get ClassPass to remove it. That being said, the staff was very friendly and accommodating when I arrived. I stuck around and got a good workout in with one of the regulars. Not the experience I was expecting, but a good experience none the less.

    It was a great class! The studio was well heated and it had me SWEATING. I was dripping from my forehead to my mat. The music was very upbeat and loud, it made it difficult to hear the instructor. The moves were basic but being in the heated environment made it a million times harder and had my heart rate up. There was a cardio and strength section which I liked for getting my heart rate up. Studio was very clean and modern, and Sarah was super friendly!

    It was my first experience and unlike the worry I had after reading some reviews, the staff was welcoming (though we indeed have to wear the gripping socks, I bought two at the desk) and the instructor was inclusive too. As a person who regularly work out, this one was not much challenging but there's still some rooms to adjust the intensity on my end (eg dumbell). Loved it!
