The nature of the class doesn’t lend itself to detailed instructions on technique so it’s definitely not for beginners - person next to me kept falling outside of her mat and nearly onto mine so it was very disruptive. Would also appreciate if the studio would adopt a no phone policy, screens lighting up with notifications don’t make for a conducive practice environment.

    Despite having a mental breakdown before coming to the gym (totally unrelated), my mood was totally lighten up by the warm greetings and hospitality given by the staff at Sheraton Jakarta’s gym. It was so far better than other hotel gyms that I have visited. It was an amazing experience. Their gym equipment are so ready to welcome many visitors, lockers and ladies washroom however still have room for expansion if they’re looking to attract more people to come. Nonetheless, it’s a great experience to work out at Sheraton Jakarta. Will definitely come back some other time! Special thanks to Mba Susana for the brief and friendly tour of the gym 🙏🏼😊

    Fun class, it'd be more cardio-worthy once you get better at it! I struggle to get the hang of it for my first time, but there's no pressure to keep up with anything here. Unlike your usual gym sess, where you can see everyone moving at same pace and you might feel pressured to keep up there's no pressure.
