    The place is amazing. Secluded, serene and tastefully done. it is located at a bungalow at the end stretch of Bangsar so it doesn't look like it is a yoga space at all. would've appreciate some air cond to cool the room as the weather has been rather humid. tzee yee covered the session tastefully but my body couldn't attune to the session properly, which was unfortunate. however, will consider another try to see how it flows better next time.

    Love how both instructive and informative Sheriza was. I usually do Yin at night to relax before sleep, but doing this class in the morning left me calm and focused. Also like most classes at Ohanajo this class incorparted multiple modalities (sound, breathing, mediation, yoga) for an immerive experience.

Among all the gyms I’ve tried, Shahrin stands out as the only coach who meticulously identifies even the smallest mistakes and provides detailed, step-by-step guidance for improvement. This level of attention enhanced my techniques and strength instantly. He also shared his wisdom on Muay Thai from his years of experience and reignited my motivation to train daily. 12/10 coach! As for the gym, it’s the cleanest and most comfortable space I’ve trained at.

Been training with him for some time now, I really enjoy the class structure: it starts with strength and conditioning work, then transitions into partner drills, and finishes strong with core work.
