    Gym is hard to find. For reference, you go to the Royal Garden Hotel building - on the outside of the building there is an elevator which you take down to floor S. The flexcofit workouts are held in the Anytime Fitness gym. Workout was pretty good and instructor was motivating.

    MAT PILATES

    This was my second Pilates class ever and both at Volontè with Shannon, both within a week. I generally do a lot of different training.. all I can say Shannon’s classes are amazing and I left the practice feeling great both physically and mentally. Shannon has great energy and personality, he is a great Pilates teacher, he explains the exercises very well and he modifies them accordingly to any injury you may have or to the fitness level you may be able to endure. I highly recommend his classes and I am definitely going to sign up for more!
