see all reviewsThe class was very warm and inviting. As a first visit I was initially worried even though I had been wanting to try a form of reformer pilates for a while. The instructor was great and made the transition super easy and fun. The group setting makes the class seem less intimidating and helps push you to do better and encourage those around you. Additionally the music was really great and overall elevated the experience. Will definitely be attending again to get more time under the blue lights!

I was having trouble getting into the studio with the door code and I locked my things in one of the lockers but Nicole didn’t bat an eye and was so helpful. The class was incredibly hard in the best way. I’ve done a zillion different workout classes from Orange Theory to Cycle Bar to Club Pilates and I’ve never done a workout class that’s so hard and unique in the way it works your body. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend Nicole!

It’s hot, it’s fun, and it gets very sweaty. I would recommend using the hand towels they offer at the front to prevent from slipping from the mat.

However the class was quite large so she did have her hands full. Overall, fast-paced class but typical for barre. Challenging class, I worked up a sweat and had to take quite a few breaks because my body got a little too shakey through some of the supersets. Her playlist was cool and the movements were timed well with the beats.
