see all reviewsSuch a lovely and fun class, with a burn! Khun Nid was clear, patient, and attentive, teaching the class in both Thai and English, and going around to adjust our poses. For this class, I reckon it would help to have at least a little experience with barre or pilates, though you don't need to be a pro by any means. Studio was also clean and well-maintained by a friendly team, with access to good showers. Thank you!

However, Physique57's unique exercise practice can be intense and fun at the same time.
