    SWEATY AF (HIIT)

    This studio is amazing, and has my favorite class to go to on ClassPass. It’s hard to find studios that provide individualized attention/correction or incorporate strength training equipment beyond just dumbbells. The trainers and equipment at this studio are unparalleled in this regard. The workouts are challenging but they are tailored based on level and I always leave feeling motivated and stronger.

    1000/10. I have never lifted a barbell in my life and this class definitely is not for people who aren’t willing to push themselves - but it is 100% for beginners! Everyone is SO welcoming and you can ask many many questions and do things at your own pace or with modifications as needed. It was exactly what I wanted and I can’t wait to become a regular.
