She gives great adjustments in a compassionate way. But she makes sure that we are doing the work correctly, and not just in there wasting our time. Her music is top tier. Its so charging. The studio is gorgeous and David was so charming and humerous. And the best part was leaving refreshed, as opposed to just feeling sore. Can’t wait to come back!
