Her and Felix did a great job providing me information on what was to be expected for my first class and I couldn’t be more blown away. It’s hard finding a cardio class only and I’m glad I found this class. I will definitely be coming back and looking forward to see my progression!

Robert took the time to make his way around the class to each person, help them on their form, say their name, and make them feel welcomed! I’ve been attending this class for some time and that never happens. It was such a breath of fresh air and I’m hoping a new instructor switch is coming because it is necessary. Robert is fantastic and if you haven’t taken his class yet, get to booking it right away!

see all reviewsThis was my 2nd class at sculpt house and I’m obsessed with the structure of the cardio sculpt classes!! When I workout, I want to sweat and feel like I’m burning calories and this class does exactly that. I know Pilates/lagree is supposed to be low impact so having the running portion really helps speed up the class and gets my heart rate up. The studio is clean and welcoming & they have a lot of cute merch to shop around before/after class. I’ve read the reviews about the place being hidden or not being able to find parking but if you plan on getting there atleast 10-15 minutes before your class there shouldn’t be any issues. Just read their location directions. I go at peak times (after the work day) and I’ve been able to scout out multiple spots in the Sephora parking lot. Sculpt house is beginner friendly, the instructors are kind and knowledgeable, and my body feels amazing after these classes. I’ll definitely be back!!

Class was lots of compound movements that didn’t really make sense together - like a deadlift to row or weighted squat with front raise - since I use vastly different size weights for each exercise. Treadmill can go super fast but always go on your own pace. I definitely felt the burn, in the best way possible. I appreciate Alex and the team for being so kind throughout the process. I also don’t usually come to the PB location and was unaware that there is street sweeping in the morning on the yoga box side on Tuesday’s. Brenda was kind enough to let me move my car and I really appreciate her waiting so I wouldn’t miss the class.

Fallon explains and demos each exercise clearly and is available to help with form and modifications. The gym has a lot of equipment available and I love that it’s incorporated throughout the class. I would appreciate more variety in the available lighter dumbbells, maybe a set of 7.5s and a set of 12.5s since a 5-pound difference (5 to 10 or 10 to 15) can be significant for some exercises that use lighter weights.

With that said, if you’re looking to mix up your workout, and are generally really active, it’s worth trying his class to really challenge yourself. Worth every credit.
