see all reviewsI enjoyed my experience but I will say the description is not totally accurate. It describes the extractions as being painless, but that was not the case for me. Perhaps the kind of acne can make this differ for people. I tend to get some spots that are already sore to the touch without trying to extract and I believe those were the ones that were painful. I don’t know what kind of tool was being used but I felt like I was being stabbed with needles. I have a high pain tolerance and there were still a few that made me wince. I don’t say this to deter anyone, it really was a nice experience, rather to give you an informed review so you can opt out of extractions if you think that won’t be good for you. As someone that has suffered from body acne for awhile, I’m excited to see if this has cleared things up at all for me after a few days. I also was concerned about the few reviews on here saying they shortened their appointment or also made them pay in addition to their classpass credits. That was not at all my experience and it seems like a wonderful business. I look forward to coming back in the future.

I would recommend her to anyone; she’s very knowledgeable. We discussed which style would last the longest for me, and it really has held up—I opted for beach waves. The only issue was that, although I arrived on time, there were no sinks available. I sat in the chair for more than 20 minutes, and while the stylist kept apologizing, it was something beyond her control. When it was finally my turn, the hairstylist informed me that they wouldn’t have time for the deep conditioning treatment I had paid for. They asked if it was okay to use a leave-in spray instead. I agreed, wanting to be considerate of her possible future clients, fully aware that the sink situation was beyond the stylist’s control. Unfortunately, I did not receive the deep conditioning treatment as expected, only the leave-in spray.
