Heated Power Flow 60
see all reviewsSasha is my favorite. Her classes are challenging and have fun transitions. She's not afraid to offer hands on assists (only with a consent coin of cou rse) and her alignment cues are specific and on point- I often learn something I didn't know after plenty of years practicing yoga.

see all reviewsKatie is so sweet and such a lovely barre instructor! It was my first time taking a class at Tuck Barre & Yoga and her class + the beautiful studio left a great impression on me! The trees and interior decor gave a very nature vibe. Love how they provided chocolates for class participants. Just a very wholesome place to go to even though it was a rainy day.

see all reviewsThis is one of favorite Vinyasa flows to take in Philly! Whether you’re a beginner or have experience with yoga, this class is perfect for anyone. Heather is not only a wonderful teacher, but encourages different variations depending on your experience and unlike most instructors takes the time to explain exactly how your form should be for each pose. Her voice and music during class are just heavenly, and the space she teaches in is perfect for a Saturday morning mood. I’ll be back!

see all reviewsEffective breathing and quiet meditation is so underutilized in western cultures - it was very helpful for me to learn how to use my breathing and setting intentions to calm the mind and focus energy into healing and peaceful outcomes. There is so much more to learn on these subjects that we didn’t cover this time. I hope to continue learning more from Jason’s perspective and looking forward to the next offering. I highly recommend this class for everyone!
