And she gives detailed instructions, which are easy to follow, she is clearly very knowledgeable. Molly’s Pilates classes are essential part of my life in London!

see all reviewsMonday was bank holiday so I was moved to the more intense class on Wednesday at 7pm. It was a different instructor but I loved her . Great instructor and nice clean studio. this was my first Pilates class so it was challenging for me but I was allowed to do the exercises at my own level and was not judged by the instructor or my peers in the room. The instructor was no nonsense lady but very fun, hands on, and most importantly understanding!! she ended the session with a few positive words that made me feel good about myself. I'm considering a subscription now :)
