see all reviewsI am rehabilitating a sports injury, I really like the Academy as opposed to the other places I’ve tried because the challenge comes more from the movements being a little more sophisticated, not so much being pushed by the instructor, like a spin class. It’s good for rehab because although complex, everything is based on things I’ve done before so it’s easy to modify the workouts when my ankle isn’t ready for something yet. Lastly, huge free parking lot!

She even demonstrated some of the moves she’d have us doing later on in the class and had me try them myself prior so I could get a feel of how heavy or light each move was and see if I needed to make any adjustments with the weight.
