    Lindsay is such a fun upbeat instructor. If you’re dreading an after work Lagree class, don’t with her. She will motivate you and provide you with all the right modifications. You MUST have a sense of HUMOR for her classes. Seriously so happy my work schedule is allowing me to see her once a week again.

    My first time at this studio and def won’t be the last :) Anna was so welcoming and took the time to explain the equipment to me. She even demonstrated some of the moves she’d have us doing later on in the class and had me try them myself prior so I could get a feel of how heavy or light each move was and see if I needed to make any adjustments with the weight. Also loved how I could hear her very clearly throughout. Song choices were also 10/10! Thanks Anna!

    The flow class was an amazing ease in into working out again! I haven’t done Pilates in so long and I don’t typically do reformer but after Chelsea’s class, I’m really encouraged and might not go back to mat Pilates again! I’ve done a reformer class in the past at a different studio and this one was way better. Challenging but also beginner friendly. Chelsea was so encouraging and easy to follow.     Wendy is my FAVORITE. Her transitions are clean and her explanations for every move are crystal clear. I appreciate how she introduces herself to each individual that she hasn’t met yet and I also appreciate how she actually remembers names if you’ve been to her class 2+ times. She also corrects individuals off mic and really ensures we’re all getting the most out of our workouts. I’m so sad that her schedule is changing and she won’t be teaching Monday mornings anymore but hoping to see her on Fridays!
