see all reviewsHazel’s pilates class is phenomenal! After my most recent class with her my mind and body do feel connected and I feel very refreshed. She seems to know a lot about Pilates and really allows the class to focus on breath work. By the end of the class I find myself surprised that it is already over, while others I am so exhausted I can’t wait for them to be over lol! No matter the instructor I always feel great after each class, but with Hazel I feel very in tune with my body and it’s a unique and great feeling! Highly recommend trying out one of her classes, I am SO glad that I did!
