I was craving movement, and this flow was exactly what I needed for my practice in that moment - peaceful and opening with elements of strength and balance woven in. The studio was cozy and equipped with amenities like a shower, the hot temperature to me was pleasant and hot but not sweltering, and the studio has a lovely view of the mountains. The blacklight was a cool feature, especially as sunset approached and night fell. Highly recommend, and I hope to go back and make it a regular part of my routine this summer!

see all reviewsI appreciate the energy but this class was not enjoyable as I could not hear at all because the pounding music was so loud. Felt like I was at Burning Man so if that’s your jam go for it. I prefer a more connected class with clear instructions. Also they should tell you that you need extra time for parking because they only have a few designated spots in the lot.

These classes are AMAZING! She will push you to the limits in more than one way and it will be one of the best workouts of your life!
