This class is perfect for the Pilates Princesses and Barre Babes that like a little extra cardiotastic umph to get their day started. All those smaller muscles are really gonna feel the burn 🔥 Highly recommend!

He will also bop about the room and help you with your form and with the reformer. That being said, I do have a fair amount of experience in classes, so I didn’t feel too out of my element. But back to Matt… his energy is amazing and he makes you feel great even when your legs or your arms are jiggling like crazy!! Thanks again Matt! I’m so sore and happy today 😂

I love when instructors ask that upfront and then offer modifications throughout. My core is high-key trash so I defo did some modifications because this strength and sweat class is tough, but in the absolute best way! Love this studio because sometimes the instructors bring their dogs and they’re so cute and calming. Just wish the classes didn’t always fill up so quickly so I could come more often 😅

She leads in a way that makes you feel guided in class and also empowers you to listen to how your body is feeling and adapt to that. The pacing and sequencing was perfect! I ended class feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and a lot less tension in my muscles / body — It’s exactly what I hoped to get from this class. One thing that would’ve optimize my experience if there was some sort of calming background music playing at the beginning of class (rather than just the instructor talking on mic). Otherwise, POWER FLOW is a great class if you want less of high energy, cardio and strength and more of balance, mobility, flexibility / stretching with a really good sweat out still left in the equation!

I liked that the rounds were split up between floor/circuit training and the monitors were really helpful for when that listening comprehension doesn’t kick in until the pre-workout does. Kevin was an awesome coach - he was high energy, had good music, and I liked that he walked around to help with technique during the bag rounds.
