No one on one, no consultation on goals, no one to show you how to use equipment, etc. As this was also my first time to this gym, I would expect staff to show me the gym, its facilities, and policies. All I got when I entered was “Oh you have a class pass, okay gym is yours to work out in.” I am extremely disappointed by my experience.

Although instructors value doing your own thing, it can be frustrating to get creative to substitute inaccesible moves like pistol squats or boat pose with a toe hold. I consider myself fit, but the instructor cued mountain climbers so early into class that I aggravated an injury since I wasn’t warmed up. I would recommend this place if you are injury free and have great awareness of your body’s needs!
