I needed a slower paced class and this delivered the healing that I was looking for.     Love his sessions always. He’s a unique instructor, with the knowledge of the body that’s better than most. He also instructs clearly how to breathe with every movement. He encourages us to take risks and make mistakes in our practice to progress as students. His motivational words also help us get through every difficult breath. I almost gave up in one of my poses but because of what he said, I kept on in my pose and overcame the difficulty. Not every instructor can give us that motivation!
