Thank you thank you 🙏🏼 A side note would be, I know the chatter at the beginning of class can be distracting but so can the yoga sculpt music during savasana . Idk if there’s a way to sound proof that wall or something but as I was winding down I found myself ALSO wanting to do the tootsie roll with Kristin and her class… TO THE LEFT TO THE LEFT. I know it can’t all be perfect but just wanted to mention… not a reflection of today’s teaching of course 💗

I drive further to this renegade location because of her. She is so approachable, gives great feedback and plays the most fun music. I’m somebody who has zero coordination and no real gym experience, yet I feel so much improvement after each class here. If you’re somebody who feels a little nervous to try a new place or doesn’t have loads of gym experience, I would 100% recommend Audrey’s class. By far the best in all of San Diego. Great workout that leaves me sore and feeling amazing. Also a place you can tailor to your own pace/level, and grow on your fitness journey

We used lots of props: the bungee, bar, and tan (light weight) ball. I have small hands so it’s hard to get a grip on the ball during some of the exercises. Charity will probably become one of my favorite teachers. Her vinyasa 2 flow was strong, challenging, and expertly paced with the perfect playlist to complement challenging sequences. I left feeling alive and inspired.
