My class with her was small so she took advantage of the opportunity to teach movements that were more choreographed which I loved and appreciated! Excited to take more classes with her.
At Nice & Tall, they are committed to preserving the philosophy of Joseph and Clara…Jumpboard Reformer
see all reviewsSarah is very friendly and gives clear cues. Very glad to have a Pilates option in the neighborhood that’s not megaformer. I would recommend since it’s a newer studio with lots of Pilates first timers to either have prerequisites for students to be able to register for jump board or open level classes, or put some art on the wall to use as guide points too since the reformers don’t face the same way (e.g “everyone face the mirrors” instead of “face the left” which meant different cues for different sides of the room) because I think too much time setting up for each move ate up some of the time we could have used for moving. Excited to see how the studio and programming evolves!

The instructor is very hanss on, pay close attention to all the students in the class and will push you a bit more to your limit. I was able to get the chance to learn how the reformer works and get the chance to feel the mat as well. Highly recommend this class to beginner! Also very nice and clean environment!
