They provided everything, explained the process, and allowed your phone to be hooked up so you could listen to music (I could hear the electricity so i opted for music) It was a cool experience, but definitely be aware that the first half might be a bit uncomfortable until you settle into it. Would like to go back at some point

see all reviewsThe float tank was about 6ā x 8ā and the height of the room. There was about 1ā of water. The temperature of the water and air was matched so any skin not submerged was not cold. You can adjust the lighting, turn the music on or off, and choose if there are stars projected on the ceiling. I enjoyed floating and moving from end to end. I did 40 minutes which was a good length of time. You shower before and after in a private room next to the tank. They provide towels, ear plugs, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Thereās another space with hair dryer and irons if you want to dry and style your hair. Very relaxing. Attendant was helpful and thorough in explaining things.
