Managed to catch her class at a lower than usual credits class and at a good time slot too. There were around 9 pax in class but somehow still feel cosy! Julie made the effort to call everyone by their names which I find that it is very sweet. Appreciate it, will visit again!

Also did some basic moves with the silks tied. Instructor was really encouraging, patient and helpful! Silks require a whole lot of arm strength but this class is still manageable for beginners! see all reviewsFun class, it'd be more cardio-worthy once you get better at it! I struggle to get the hang of it for my first time, but there's no pressure to keep up with anything here. Unlike your usual gym sess, where you can see everyone moving at same pace and you might feel pressured to keep up there's no pressure. Because aerobics are tough, so it's definitely more of a fight against yourself and the water instead. 😂 Don't worry about not knowing how to swim as the pool is 1.2m.
