see all reviewsI enjoy Rachelleās classes but I donāt understand why a whole row in the front is unoccupied every time she teaches. Nobody elseās class have I seen that. People will park their mats outside the designated areas before being in the front row. I know Rachelle doesnāt like people too close to the stage so she can move around but a whole row? Iām confused by that.

see all reviewsRikk is a very nice and supportive professional instructor! You enter, changing rooms on left side, cubbies (they lock the front door), studio in the back, and bathrooms on the right. Temperature was great, not too hot or intense, and everyone kept to themselves. This was my first time at Rikkās studio and being in the Marina for a workout class. I would definitely come back!

Finally now at six weeks postpartum I am able to experience her magic. She is so good and knowledgeable with postpartum fitness. She also had a special assistant to help with Taking care of the babies. This is completely optional for Moms who would like extra help so they can focus on their practice. Jane even offered to measure my diastasis recti to test my core. At the end of the class the babies have their own yoga segment, which is a great bonding experience for Momma and Baby.

Story kindly and gently corrected individualās form when necessary which I think is awesome and so helpful (Iāve never seen a Core Power instructor do this before - and Iām always worried people will get hurt in class with incorrect form).
