see all reviewsAbsolutely loved this space! Such a warm and inviting place to be. Literally a warm class! Took the Hot Vinyasa class for intermediate yoga students and the description was accurate. I plan on coming back to try another class but wanting to try out other studios in the area before committing to one.

see all reviewsWent for open gym. It’s a very standard facility and will get the job done if you’re looking for a straight forward workout. No bells and whistles here but I was able to use the machines I needed without issue and get in and out because it was relatively empty aside from the fitness group classes. A lot of the older people from the community seem to frequent here too. Nice to see ppl of all fitness levels. Nice staff as well.

Zumba
see all reviewsThe class was good for beginners. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to keep up, but she kept things very simple. We warmed up with some slow motion moves that we would be using for the dance portion, which helped a lot. I do wish she would have called out the next move each time. It was awkward finding myself jostled around and a step behind because I didn't know what to expect. I pretty much kept my eyes on her and tried to do whatever she was doing. It was also a little odd that we didn't always stay with the rhythm of the song. But overall, it was a good workout and I look forward to more Zumba. It was fun.
