It got kind of discouraging, because I felt like I just couldn’t get it right while others in the class could. BUT the instructor did a great job and I think I would have been a bit more comfortable if the class had more than 3 other people, but that’s not anyone’s fault.

see all reviewsTeresa was awesome! Five stars for her! It felt like personal training with the class so small, too! With that said, the setup wasn’t ideal. Some people probably don’t mind beefcake gym goers 6 feet away watching a few women doing yoga joking about needing a camera, but it wasn’t my thing. 7 credits was a lot for this class.
