see all reviewsI really enjoyed this class and the instructor was great. Really did a lot of breathing and flow through the movements. Personally had a great time though was a little nervous at first with it being my first yoga class, but it was a great space.

see all reviewsBonnie is wonderful. Class was the right pace for me -- not too fast or intense given the heated room. She provides hands on adjustments if you want (shown with a small card above your mat). I felt so good after class!
