The semi-private training was ideal for me as a gym goer! Kevin gave me instructions, checked my form on the first few reps and then let me finish out the circuit before giving me the next exercise. Would recommend to any level of experience! :)

see all reviewsThe instructor, Akemi was so welcoming and accommodating. The class was really fun and there are a lot of regulars that made me feel comfortable since this was my first class. The class was really fun! Great music and fun choreography, there was also stretching and weights for toning muscles. The class went by so fast! The moves can all be modified for your level and abilities. It wasn’t the most intense workout but it might have been the most fun while still got me to work up a sweat.
