It seems like there's been more effort in the planning, and there's been something new and unique (to me) in each class. Today the music went so well with the poses/transitions that it sometimes felt like a choreographed dance. I also really appreciated that Christian started the class being open about his rough day at work and turned that into motivation for the class. I had a bad day too and didn't want to be there, but that completely changed my mindset. I love when yoga classes are more than just stretching and exercising, and that's often my experience at Sweatheory.

Margaret is very thoughtful and will remember all your preferences at subsequent appointments - for example she always has my type of music ready and remembers my massage preferences. I really feel like she gets to know me and wants to make sure I have a great massage. Pro tip: give her your phone number (CP doesn’t provide it to them) if you’re coming in the evening because the building doors lock for safety at a certain time. That way you can communicate and get let in at the most convenient entrance or let her know if you’re running behind etc. :)

I felt very seen and heard with Sophia, and she got right to work on my tight muscles and fascia with deep pressure.
