see all reviewsSheila was great! The establishment was neat and clean! I have an issue with my foot from a previous surgery, and she took the time to give me alternative exercises to do! Also, the front desk lady was very nice as well! Even the other women in the class were welcoming me and my daughter! As we are looking for a home base, they are definitely highest on the list!

see all reviewsMichelle was great! I loved her energy and the yoga for everybody was the most genuinely welcoming yoga class I’ve ever taken. There was someone there young and old, man and woman, in great shape and not. If Michelle didn’t normally only teach at 6am I’d be taking so many more of her classes LOL
