He was very thorough in his instructions and patient as we learned the holds and lifts—correcting when needed and congratulating enthusiastically when we got it right. This was a very motivating first-time experience. I’ve heard that the most common reason people don’t go to a gym is not knowing how to use the equipment or fear of doing the exercises incorrectly. Adam helped remove that obstacle! I highly recommend this gym and this instructor if you are interested in cross fit and don’t know how to start.
