    Oh. My. Goodness. This was my first time taking this class but it will DEF not be the last. I read reviews that said Lindsey paces her classes well and that’s a perfect explanation. I was challenged (and dripping sweat) the entire way through, but not gassing out/bored at any point. I can’t wait to take this again and make it a regular part of my schedule!! Thanks!

    The woman who did my pedicure was very careless about whether or not she might hurt me with the clippers and aggressively moved my legs everytime she needed to change position instead of just tapping them like most people do.
