My only complaint is that the dots on the floor for mat placement has recently been moved back further and if you’re on the last row you’re either hitting the plants or baskets of equipment and it’s hard to do the movements for class. During one of my classes someone got up to grab more equipment mid class and she was stepping on my mat trying to get to the basket’s and was dipping sweat all over me.

You can tell the owners + staff just give a damn. The only ding is I noticed the door was locked for folks who were late— even like 2-3 mins. Most gyms (OTF, Barry’s, F45, etc.) have at least a 5-10 min grace window. Such a harsh unwritten/uncommunicated policy creates a poor user experience. So I hope that is considered in the future.

Kerri asked if I’ve done reformer Pilates before and although I have, she gave me a run down of their equipment to make sure I was familiar with their setup. She was an amazing instructor and very clear with her instructions. 90% of the time when I’m at a new studio, I’m looking around at other people to see if I’m doing something right, but I didn’t do that here. She also gave lots of cues to make sure we were breathing correctly and in the right position. Very good class for beginners as she gave ample modifications for everyone!
