Hot Mat Pilates 45 - Community Class
see all reviewsAmazing class! Absolutely loved Taylor!!! She was funny, motivating, reminded us that it’s okay to listen to our bodies/take breaks as needed as long as we didn’t give up! She was also very outgoing and helpful with form and was clear with instructions! 10/10 favorite class/instructor yet!

see all reviewsGreat class! Instructor was amazing and encouraging! I will say I was accidentally skipped for a towel, along with two other women in the class, and when I approached the employee who passed them out after class didn’t say sorry or even really speak a word to me. The entire thing was awkward. I would encourage strong customer service skills among the entire team.

see all reviewsI attended Emily's Pilates class once a week, and I am thoroughly impressed. Her instruction is clear and motivating, and she pushes us to our limits in a challenging yet rewarding way. I leave feeling stronger and more energized, and I'm already seeing the results I've been aiming for. Emily's expertise and dedication truly make her class stand out. Highly recommend for anyone looking to elevate their Pilates practice!

see all reviewsI thought this would be more stretching and flow, but it was mostly corpse pose and similar poses. Very relaxing but not really what I was looking for

see all reviewsGreat music, instructor was great. It was a great first class back after a month off. Slow was great to focus on correct form, but still challenging in the poses used. We has a few poses i hadn’t tried before which i prefer. I like diversity in the flow and some other classes just default to the same moves over and over.

see all reviewsTina’s Restore & Recover class is unlike any other yoga class I have been to. She adds a personal touch into every practice and accepts everyone as they are. If you are looking to get a good sweat-filled workout, this is not your class. This class is about stillness and appreciating being on your mat in a more meditative, stress-free state. Every Tuesday that I attend this class I am encouraged to set intentions for a powerful rest of the week. Thank you, Tina, for being so soft, motivating, and accepting.

see all reviewsSuch a strong, empowering class. I used to take yoga classes very regularly and fell away from my practice so was definitely looking for a class that would both challenge me and stretch my body. This class did it all! Cannot wait to come back.
