    Pole Dance/Low Flow

I loved that we all had our own poles (not always the case at other places). In this class we learnt a routine that included some basic moves so know your basics before you attend!

BENDY & FLEXY (Flexibility/No Pole/Bring Your Own Mat)

Love the vibes here - everyone was so welcoming and friendly, and lots of smiles made me feel more comfortable! Katrina was a really considerate, nice, and easy to follow instructor too. I liked the dance focused stretches with mini “choreos” that made me feel empowered and prettier :)

    Intro to Pole

As someone who's pretty out of shape and deeply uncomfortable in my own body, this intro class was super fun and strangely liberating even though some of the moves and grips were decently hard. There were some moments that the teacher was fairly stern and sassy in how she delivered form adjustments, but I would still take this class again.

    Exotic Pole Choreography

LOVED IT! I happened to be the only one in the class and it was such a great experience! Mary let me pick a song and we choreographed to it according to my skills. She challenged me with some beautiful holds and tricks, and encouraged me with my flow. The studio is beautiful and cozy, each person has their stage. I’ve never tried silicone poles before and they are such a help for a beginner! I’d recommend wearing leggings or pants for this kind of pole! Will be coming back for suuure!
