    The instructors showed the exercises on the screen and we were put into groups of 2 people per station. I was 5-minutes late, but still able to join and jumped right in. We probably went through each station 3-4 times in-between short breaks, then crunches, and then did stretches. It was very rapid so you need to keep up, but I was still able to go at my own pace. It was interesting, since it was my first time, but fun. Definitely a HIIT class.

It was good for beginners in a way that the instructor (Skyler) was helpful and attentive to my form, helped grab me stuff to get set up for my first class and there wasn't pressure from anyone except yourself to work hard!
