    I had the opportunity to have a one-on-one session with group instructor, Patrina, and it was fantastic. She is exceptional at correcting form, offering valuable tips to enhance technique, and providing the motivation needed to sustain momentum throughout the workout. The quality of the workout is top-notch, and I appreciate the encouragement of Patrina participating the workout alongside me, as well as her kind compliments. Thank you for the unexpected personal training experience, and the added bonus of free parking! Oh, and I like the lounge area with books to read.
