The stretch class was absolutely lovely. So needed after a week of strength conditioning workouts at the gym. Still challenging but a bit slower and more relaxed. And of course with any reformer class you can increase the resistance if you want to make it more challenging.

OMG Aaaaaamazing class I’m definitely coming back Julia was a great instructor they were simple compound movements but you really get a good burn it’s the perfect class if you’re trying to work on strength training but you don’t want to be overwhelmed. This is my go to strength training class as I work on my Fitness now
