see all reviewsI have watched Erin grow from a baby yoga teacher from about 13 years ago into such a thoughtful, dedicated instructor who clearly values her craft and strives to constantly further her own journey. Her cues are spot on and the progression sets students up for successful inversions. Clearly, I’m satisfied with all of this, but my most sincere gratitude comes from a place of rehabilitation after a shoulder injury. I felt as though her progression prepared muscle groups which aren’t always easily accessible and activated in a way that prevents injury. I’m so thankful and honored to have her as a teacher. Im a newbie so at times I was a bit confused so I appreciate Shelby stepping in to offer helpful form corrections. There doesn’t seem to be a parking lot but street parking is ample and easy. see all reviewsThe instructor was very nice! The space was also so beautiful I loved the light hardwood and the airiness of it. Gorgeous and so modern. The Pilates portion wasn’t really a workout, more so just stretching to prepare for the run. I loved the run route, it really took advantage of the studios prime location along the Stone Arch Bridge. It was lovely outside and I had a great time during the run portion. That said, the description says you can walk or go at your own pace….that is semi true. The group does NOT slow down for you but you can go at your own pace but it’ll definitely go over the class time limit considering it’s a 2 mile route that’s supposed to fit in 30 mins. So just be prepared for that - I ended up taking a short cut and walking and ended up finally getting to the studio 10 minutes after the class was officially over and missed all the post run stretching. Not the instructors fault though, that’s on me for not being fit and able to run! Overall it was a great slow start to my Sunday!
