see all reviewsLisa was one of the best instructors I’ve ever had. This was my first time at Soulcycle and I was a little nervous going in. The minute I walked in she was so welcoming. She helped me adjust my seat and explained the basics of the class. Throughout the entire class she kept checking on me to make sure I was doing okay. I really enjoyed the class and even though it was my first time the energy from the instructor helped me push through to the end. I will definitely be back!!

Lots of choreography I had never seen before for my first time with David, and I have done 150+ rides. Wish there was a bit more peaks and valleys for the BPM but the instructor was passionate and it was great!
