Her and Felix did a great job providing me information on what was to be expected for my first class and I couldn’t be more blown away. It’s hard finding a cardio class only and I’m glad I found this class. I will definitely be coming back and looking forward to see my progression!

I really enjoyed the progression on the floor because it helped me set my form. There was a significant number of people for a 430pm class which is a testament to her skill. The only negative is I hate mountain climbers and we had those at the beginning of class, but you’re not going to love everything!!

The instructor was really good and the directions were clear and easy to follow. Also, the music and music level was good! I like loud music.

However, I’ve been coming here for almost 5 months and noticed the showers aren’t clean. I have to clean hair out the drain which is really uncomfortable but only way for it to drain. Tends to be alot of grime as well. I work nearby so it’s really useful for me to shower before work. I think if they amp it up the facilities will be 10/10 like the instructors.

see all reviewsI go to a Barry’s class once every few months because I’m not a runner at all. This is the first time the running part felt accessible to me because of how many options she gave. There was no pushing yourself to go beyond your limits, and she even said something about how everyone’s body is different. I might actually start going regularly to her class. I definitely also recommend if you’re new to Barry’s or exercise in general because there are so many options! Can’t believe it took me this long to take her Alycia’s class!

The only thing that would have made the class a bit better for me would have been a genre of pop/ edm/ dance playlist, but that’s a personal preference. Some of the other people at solidcore move like gazelles on those carriages but even if you don’t (like me), she really encourages you to try and even spells out what modifications are available. I love how she went around during lunges and gave everyone the option to use support without singling any person out. I’ll definitely try her class again. She encourages toes but doesn’t push it and doesn’t make you feel bad for not doing it. Because of that motivation, I find that I am more likely to try things that I simply don’t want to with other instructors. Go to her class!! Especially if you’ve been scared off by other classes at solidcore before. 🫶🏼
