I do not understand why so many classes are made as complicated as possible.. The room is not big enough to be partnering up and transitioning from the treadmills to the floor 20 times. Someone is going to get hurt. If you are writing classes that are this complex, please come take one of your own classes and see what the room looks like.

However, there was an exercise when we were kneeling with all of our weight on one knee (without the cushion of a mat) and it was just too much for my body. know I’ve done that same exercise standing, which is much preferred. I wish a modification had been offered or figure out a way to do this move without so much pressure on one knee.

Instructions were good, with valuable body queues and breathing queues. space is gorgeous and inspiring with amazing views of the Pittsburgh hills. The only thing I didn't love was the music - music with lyrics during yoga takes me out of the meditative headspace, and the lyrics clash with the instruction, making it more challenging to hear and stay focused on movement. I'll be back!
