Mask-wearing policies
Masks are optional.
Social distancing measures
Each heavy bag is 7 feet apart in the studio. There is a number on the mat designating your starting location. Bag location will be assigned upon check in.
Ventilation system
HVAC/ERV Unit: clean, fresh air from outside is drawn in to the studio on a continuous cycle while simultaneously removing stale air. Hospital-grade MERV-13 HEPA filters have been placed in all heating/cooling systems and HVAC/ERV ducts.
Extra sanitation
Each heavy bag and power bag is sanitized after each use. The floor is cleaned before and after every session.
