How to prepare for a F45 class

Come to your F45 class with water bottle, supportive shoes and comfortable clothes. Classes are fast-paced and intense, so it is essential to be properly dressed for the workout.
Studios recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to the class start to check-in and meet the coach. All first-time visitors are required to sign a waiver, so don’t be late!
