    Pilates Reformer Grooves

Super cute space and wonderful class! Natascha said it was foundations level, but spicy, and that was a perfect description. She gave great adjustments & I’m excited to come back for more!

The instructor Alex was great. I appreciated that she explained the bike set up before class in very simple terms that helped me survive/thrive in my first class. The fans helped and the music was tolerable. I would recommend.

Full Body VIBE (on the mat)

I loved the space, there's a full bathroom, a sauna, and a cold plunge. They provide mats and mat towels. The workout room was hot to the point that it got hard to breathe with 6 other people in the room. Gianna's class was intense but with room to adapt and take it at a personal pace. The branding of the class was accurate as it wasn't traditional yoga but rather a good mat workout. I loved the views of the Olympics as I came to and from class.

Delia was fantastic! Perfect pace and instruction. It’s hard to find in seattle an instructor that leads more gentle yoga sessions with longer holds/stretches.

    Classical Mat: Fundamentals

Chris was really patient and helpful in answering my questions as a Pilates newbie with a chronic pain background. The studio is relatively small, with clearly defined areas and it seems at least two classes happening at the same time. Love the location for proximity to my crosstown commute (Fremont to Madrona). Overall, a positive experience and I’ll go back!

The class was awesome! Very beginner friendly while also having space for more experienced people to continue building skill. There was a lot of stretching in between sets which I really appreciated! My body felt great after

Great, very personal training by knowledgeable PT. Focused on real strength moves: heavy sets of 6-8 reps with time in between. Excited to find a classplass place that does pure strength and not circuit style or CrossFit metcon style. This will be part of my regular routine.
